I am grateful this morning.
I am alive and grateful for this breath,
for the plants and the animals,
for my darlings in all their forms
and for my love of them.
I am grateful for health and sunshine,
for well being,
for food, comfort, and change;
for beauty, outside and in,
for the whole dance of life
and for the fuller understanding that lets Life be Itself.
For the witnessing,
the unfolding,
for all the daily alchemies
stirred into and out of perception -- I am grateful.
In the portal of this moment
all things exist.
Keep my spirit right here, right now.
Let me know without doubt
the fullness and magnificence of Life.
I trust the Universe in my Self
and my Self in the Universe.
