Crystal Bowl Sound Baths

Sound bathing is an ancient technique that uses sound frequencies to promote healing. Sound waves act directly on the physical body, the nervous system, and the subtle (energetic) body at the same time, helping to bring all aspects of being into alignment.

The particular sounds created by a set of crystal bowls help relax the thinking mind, center the consciousness, and create a bridge into deep relaxation and meditation.

I offer several unique sound bath experiences, described below. If you have a specific healing need, please feel free to communicate this before the session.

All sessions are private, held at your location and tailored to the energy of your group. Mats and blankets are provided. The bowls sing most clearly in an indoor/enclosed setting.

 Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath Combo Session 

90 to 120 min. (your choice)

A custom Yoga Class for your group, followed by a chakra-tuned Sound Bath relaxation. This combination session moves gradually through the five layers (koshas) of body/consciousness, beginning with the physical and ending with the spirit, for a full-spectrum restorative practice. No previous experience is required.

 Chakra Healing Session 

90 min.

The 7 singing bowls are harmonically associated with the 7 energetic centers, or chakras. This session incorporates gentle movement, self-care practices, chakra seed sounds, and guided meditation along with the sound bath to open each chakra into its natural balanced state.

Release & Renew Session

90 min.

This session is for those looking to release old patterns, habits, and identities in order to embody the true Self more fully. Gentle movement, pranayama (breathing), guided meditation, and bhavana (intentional imagination) with singing bowls help initiate this change from the inside out.

Deep Meditation Session

90 min.

This session begins with a brief guided relaxation before entering a continuous sound bath. Recommended for those in need of deep relaxation, rest, and stillness. May be therapeutic for chronic physical or mental tension.
